I think Rosa Parks was a 10 to the civil rights movement. This is because she was influenced under the Jim Crow laws, which seperated races in almost every part of their lives. Public restrooms, drinking fountains, education, and transporation were all different for the blacks and whites. For example, blacks and whites were allowed to use the city bus, but the blacks had to sit in the back. She was the only brave one during the 1950's to try to make a change with the laws. She didnt let her change things, and make thigns worse just because of her skin color.
